ITTEXAS STANDS FOR


LIBERATING EDUCATORS

An educator's job is to teach students. ITTexas believes educators should be liberated from any responsibility not related to academic success including, but not limited to, topics such as Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), Critical Race Theory (CRT), Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI), etc.  


PARTNERING WITH PARENTS

ITTexas believes that students should come first. We strive to partner with parents to reassert parental authority and promote parental involvement in decisions related to topics taught in the classroom as well as any life decisions their child might need help navigating. ITTexas supports parents and families taking leadership positions in school affairs and on school boards.

  

PROMOTING PERSONAL AGENCY

ITTexas errs on the side of freedom of choice when it comes to issues of personal agency such as mask mandates and mandatory vaccines.


PRESERVING THE SANCTITY OF CHILDHOOD

ITTexas believes in discretion as it relates to the sanctity of childhood. We believe it is inappropriate to include books or topics in the curricula or school libraries, with content, including imagery, that is unacceptable to parents. Judeo-Christian values are the values upon which our country is based, and those moral values should be respected when dealing with other people's children.  ITTexas is not an inclusive or exclusive organization. ITTexas does not seek to allow every standard into our society for the woke appearance of being "inclusive" nor does ITTexas wish to be reactionary or an "exclusive" force.  

UPHOLDING THE U.S. CONSTITUTION

ITTexas believes in assimilation toward the ideals expressed in the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution. We believe that each individual has his or her own God-given talents and a God-given right to develop those talents. 

  

ENCOURAGING ACCOUNTABILITY & TRUTH

ITTexas believes in achieving educational and personal excellence by embracing Truth. We acknowledge that the temptation to participate in deceptive practices for the purpose of appearing excellent occurs in almost every system; the educational system is not exempt. ITTexas opposes deception such as the falsification of grades, attendance records, state testing metrics, disciplinary reporting, and more.
